Mother's maiden name in mca website

Hi,

I am trying to register for MCA website at https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/userSelfRegDtlsone.do?method=validateRegDetails

After I clicked on submit it showed me following error - The CA of the certificate that you are using is not trusted. Please use certificate issued by a Trusted CA.

I Googled a lot to solve this problem and then found that I might not have roll checked at DSC which is creating this issue. So I went to the link https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/registerDSC.do?method=validateDirectorDtls to find if my details and processing it. Here it is asking me to enter my Mother's Maiden Name. During filing for DIN -1 there was no column for it. My Name and Father's name is correct. For Mother's maiden name I triend entering my Mom's first/last name as well but system generated following error - Details provided do not correspond to the DIN. Please ensure that the entered details are as per the DIN application.You may contact the company wherein you are a director in case you do not have your DIN application details

Can you please guide me what to do next.
