Yearly compliances:
1. File MGT-14 for disclosure of interest by director after First Board meeting of Financial Year of the company.
2. MGT-14 is also required to be filed every time when the interest of director changes and he intimates the ccompany. And teh company will take note of such disclosure and file MGT-14 within 30 days of holding of such meeting.
2. Annual Filing: in the forms to be specified by the MCA which are yet not available on the portal.
