interest on mortgage loan is allowed as deduction in income tax ,if we use loan amt for personal , share market and for business purpose
property is in personal bsheet
so pls suggest on this

If mortgage loan is used for business purpose then u can claim expense as a deduction on a cash basis as per section 43B
