But limit for section 269T is Rs.20000/- (For repayment)
20000per transaction or in a year
In this particular case it will be per year (for same loan repayment)
any limit when payment in cash is paid in bank.
No limit when the same is paid to Bank by cash.....
Payment done by customer in our bank account no limit

CUSTOMER HAS LIMIT...........2 LAKHS PER DAY
But mortgage is loan so I think limit is 20000
