MOOWR- documents

I think my doubt is still not resolve. i have query that for availing license under MOOWR scheme first we need to file an application from invest India website then a custom officer will come to out premises for plant visit, before granting license and executing bond. so my doubt is when officer will come for a plant visit before granting approval as per MOOWR scheme at that time do we need to show them any documents or need to provide them any information ?
