We have pvt ltd company we had regularly make payment of Service tax now this month we do not have any liability.
My query is we have to make payment minimum like `5 if yes is there any challan or what I do ?

When the company has no Tax Liability it does not have to suffer any tax. There is no need for any minimum tax payment.
