my question is private limited company want to intimate / changes of direcoter body & address. but they are late to changes in IEC cert. (above 60 days) so how much pay the fine & how.
i think its better to contact dft office by phone for the matter

for change of address u have to take 1000/- DD in favour of The Director General of Foreign Trade.
