In case we do the fast track exit of a company. Then how will be pay the shareholders after finalizing the net assets.
As bank needs to be closed. So do we pay them in cash.

THERE ARE THREE THINGS WHICH CAN BE PAID IN CASH TO THE SHAREHOLDERS:- DIVIDEND, SHARE BUYBACKS AND OUTRIGHT LIQUIDATION ( STRIKING OFF) . YES YOU CAN PAY THE AMOUNT IN CASH TO SHAREHOLDERS.
