One of our clients have incorpoarated a Private limited Company in Bangalore in 2005 , They have filed MOA & AOA manually in ROC office . Due to fire explosion in their office in 2009 they have lost MOA & AOA along with the other papers. Is it possible to get a Copy of the MOA & AOA filed with ROC now through MCA website since it was filed manually or if it is not possible what are the other alternatives? Pls suggest
You need to check online if the scanned copies of the requisite documents are available online with the MCA adn either download or seek certified copies of the same.
In case they are not available, you need to do a physical inspection of the documents at the ofifce of the concerned ROC and get certified copies thereof.
