Dear All

I need a specimen copy of MoA ,AoA for a company intends to do its business as a trading concern together with cutting resizing etc of various mineral resources such as coal, coke, hardcoke etc.

The company also intends to be an exporter though in Form 1A no export business was mentioned, whether it`s possible that the company can include in it's MoA, AoA about exporting the same

in main object clause you have to draft like as under

to carry on in india or elsewhere the business related to various mineral resources such as coal, coke, hardcoke etc as trader, exporter, importer, consignee agent,;

This will cover the main object you have mentioned.

1. To carry on the business as manufacturers, processors, refiners, extruders, converters, shapers, drivers, sizers, reprocessors of carbon, activated carbons, carbon black, industrial carbon, coke, coal, chemicals, chemical compounds (organic and inorganic) and allied products, bye products, joint products from carbon either by mechanical process or by extracting or evaporating, either by extracting or by compounding one or more chemicals and other additives and chemical products (whether in solid or power or granule or liquid or gaseous from) such as acids, alkalies, petrochemicals, bio chemicals, tannins, solvents, dye stuffs, dyes, paints, varnishes, auxiliaries, pesticides insecticides, colours and also to carry on business as traders, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, distributors,, dealers, selling and marketing agents, consignment age3nts, commission agents, clearing and forwarding agents, stockists, warehousers of aforesaid products and allied products in India and abroad.
