We got the name of the company changed by uploading altered MOA and AOA with MGT-14 (changed the existing copies, signed and sealed). Now 1) is it compulsory to print the copies again with the new name 2) Can it be printed on any A4 size paper inhouse 3) is there a way to get a copy of MOA and AOA through MCA site 4) Does this changed MOA and AOA needs to be signed and stamped again?

Can we print on our own on A4 size paper.
Also, is it compulsory to get it stamped because I was reading somewhere that it need not be stamped as its just a change in resolution.
If at all it needs to be stamped, is affixing revenue stamps OK. Else what is the process for stamping?
