Like government is revamping / overhauling Companies Act into Companies Bill and Income Tax into Direct Tax Code, can companies (esp Pvt ltd) revamp the Memorandum or Association and Articles of Association? i.e replace the old set with a entirely new one in an AGM..Is it possible? If yes, what is the process?

We are looking into changes of AoA i.e how we opearte the company and internal set up. I would like to study few AoA, adopt best practices and restrcure the currnet AoA.
