I need format of AOA & MOA of a section 25 company ,specially for company formed for adreesing hunger and redefining development paradigm..
My company MOU & AOA is misplaced. Please guide to download MOU &AOA through Internet

Hi swati,
firstly go to the mca portal then log in. after that pay fees (Rs 50/-) for veiw documents, only after that you are able to downlaod your company MOA & other documents.

My suggestion is to you is approch ROC and ask for the MOA & AOA of any particluar educational institution after payment of fees.
