Mmtc and divident

I have 5 Shares of MMTC and the company offered 25% divident . I have got only Rs.1.25/-

Share value of the company is around 667 /- Do the company offer 25% of each share value Or only the a portion of their profit.

Can sombody clear my confusion?

Dividend is declared on the face value of share and it is not based on Market value
