Can any body know about the MP/MLA/MLC Salary i know the exemption only for allowances how about salary even there is no employee and employer relationship

from my point of view it should be taxed under head other sources as he does not lie in any other four heads of income...
even as per i.t act income of political parties are taxable under head salary even we know there cannot be income of them under this head
