fact of the case
while making online payment of TDS assessee has mistakenly selected code 11C even when making normal tds payment.
quetion arise as to what consequences would be arise and what are the remady available to the assessee.
Please share your views as early as possible

Thanks a lot... @ e.filer B.Com/ Hyderabad for taking matter into consideration but still i doubt as code 11C is for Penalty order u/s 271(1)(c) of the act. so is the payment be considered as TDS payment or Payment of penalty u/s 271(1)(c) which has been mistakenly selected.
