In the provision of woman director, the following applicability is given in Munish bhandari book:
-listed companies
-public companies with pusc equal to 100 crore or more , "AND"
-public companies with Turnover equal to 300 crore or more.
but in one revision lecture on YouTube I found that the teacher said it is "OR"
please clarify is there a mistake in Munish Bhandari or I am missing some ammendment?
