Sir such instance of mistakes made by ICAI many times. You might have seen the coverpage of Hyderabad Branch of ICAI.
Even the results were delayed or postponed many times why such things happen in so called Worlds 2 nd Largest Accounting Institution...! So.., We presume Some Authority of ICAI Examination Departments makes declaration that results will be announced on X date. But the work force behind it failed to meet Scheduled deadlines and results get postponed. Why such things happens, either lack of effective Control, Direction and Management or Poor IT infrastructure.
Whatever may be the reason only question arises again that Why dont it learn from previous mistakes.
