If u already submited pdf print copy then contact icai otherwise attach a letter with that by highligheting ur mistake and request for rectify that. . . . .
i hav not submitted print out of my form
Is sign of my principal required on covering letter also
i don't know why there is a need of sign of principal on exam form coz no other professional exam need this...
e.g.no medical student have to get the exam form signed by any doctor...
Still for the sake of security it's advisable to get that letter be signed by your principal...

1st Print out d pdf exam form dn correct it with. Whitener, n while attesting attach an application form regarding d mistake n gt it also signed by d ca n dn submit

i have filed my online exam form for IPCC 2013,in that i hav made mistake in selecting the option for differently abeld choice bymistakley i hav selected the option YES instead of No. so please help me to how to rectify it.????
The PDF reflects what is filled up. We request you to be careful while filling and saving the form. If you have made the successful payment you can seek correction of the same. You can highlight the area wrongly entered/appearing in the PDF and mark the correction without disturbing any other area. Also SEPARATELY send a signed application quoting the registration number and control number intimating the correction required. Superscribe the envelope with as "Request for Correction Final-Nov 2013" / "Request for Correction Intermediate (IPC) Exam-Nov 2013" ) this is only for such case where centre/group are not wrongly entered hence please do not take is as general correction procedure.
