mistake in ca foundation exam

sir in the ca foundation math's exam answersheet my friend and many students in his class ticked the answer in omr sheet by black pen instead of hb pencil .i know it was there fault but invigalator should tell them atleast before giving them omr sheet .Please tell me wheather there answersheet will be rejected or there is any hope or what to do in such a case ??
