Mistake at the time of applying name availability

If form INC 1 is not yet approved, go and meet concern dealing hand in ROC and request him to keep form for resubmission, if it come  for resumssion, correct state of Registered office and resubmit it.

if form INC 1 is already approved, there is no other go, you need to file another form INC 1 with ROC.

Dear Pavan,

even though, ROC is same for both states, for shifting of registered office from AP to Telangana vice versa, requires to obtain RD orders, which is time consuming and costly affair.

System will not allow you to file form INC 22 with Telangana

Since name is so important, wait upto 24.08.2014 and file new INC 1 with same name, attaching  letter explaing reason for not availing name within time and attach earlier name approval letter also.

well telegana or hyderabad, you're registered office should be islamabad or lahore...since u all belong in pakistan, not in this country..
