on open this link page you have to entered you TAN and period for which you want you Challan

after entering datas you have to entered amount and click for match if you find you challan you find everything which is used to write on challan except payment method cheque no. /cash

you can find your challan from your bank website.

All bank has challan regeneration facility. If you could search the link of regeneration you could easily regenerate the challan.
