There is some Missing B2C invoices of 18-19 and GSTR1 of march 19 not filled yet.
can all B2C missing invoices be entered in GSTR1 of jan-march19 quarter ?
and can ITC be claimed in such invoices ? if yes then in which month GSTR3B

As of my opinion you can enter those invoices in GSTR 1 .In case of ITC can be claimed before filing of annual return or september month GSTR 3B.if you had already filed september GSTR 3B then you cant claim those ITC

first of all B2C invoices are not eligible for itc to the recipient. ITC is available for B2B supply.
second thing is that, there is some missing invoices of 2018-19 which is entered in GST3B but not in GSTR 1 than you can include GSTR 1 for the month of March 2019.
