Yes u can but u have to give resion that why u not claim it and u may have to pay as penalty fees
No @ Lakshmanan Karuppaiah Sir. ITC of 17-18 cannot be claimed now ( 19-20 ).
As per conditions for claiming ITC , Assessee can't claim the itc after September of the following the year for the previous year.
