Mismatch of DOB on PAN Card and Income Tax Website

My PAN Card issued more than 2 decades back shows correct DOB and matches with DOB shown elsewhere like Aadhar Card and Passport.

However, Income Tax website shows wrong DOB as part of my PAN Card details.

My profile created on Income Tax website some time earlier also shows wrong DOB as it had to match with DOB shown for PAN Card on Income Tax website.

Kindly guide me how to fix this issue.
