16 February 2015I have Mismatch in Dvat for the FY 2011-12 & 2012-13. Alhough the default is of the seller as I have all the Tax Invoices with me but the seller have not provided the credit for the same. Since, the returns cannot be revised online for this period. Please advice me how can I clear all the mismach? Do I have to File an appeal? If yes, then How?

Dear Vaibhav
If you have all the documents for substantiate true and fairness of your dvat return than no need to worry about this.
just make cordination to the sales dealer and obtain a acceptance on their latter head for defaults.
And give it to your ward VATO.
It will protect your Interest as well legal proceedings.
