Ours is a NBFC-PVT LTD CO-NACD . Can anyone provide me a Draft Format of AUDIT COMMITTEE MINUTES, ALMC , RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
ALSO what is the composition of Audit comm.minutes for a pvt ltd co-Nbfc.

There is no difference in the minutes of normal companies and NBFC.
The basic one is you have to provide certiain details or certificates which are required for NBFC or you can put for noting.
As far as commitee are concerned, no specific requirement.
