Can we keep minutes of meetings in box file (i.e. we punch the minutes sheets and place in box file).
As the section 193 says that minutes cannot be attached to minute bokk by pasting or otherwise and the putting the minutes sheets in box file will amount to inserting and not pasting.

You may, however, munites books are available in the market where you can keep loose leafs of the minutes.
