You need to check if your client has bank account, and through his bank transaction you can calculate his income

Income earned by minor himself due to his specialized skill,talent shall only be taxed in the hands of the minor. All other income shall be clubbed in the hands of the parent.
The Parent shall file the minor's return as his representative assessee.
