No Minimum limit of shaers are required. Their is only minimum paid up share capital of Rs. 1,00,000 /- and Two promoters.

So min is Two Shares (logically) because min two shares. its in that case only if Face Value of per share is 50,000 or above.

So total paid up share capital must be min 1,00,000 rs

The requirement of a private limited company is to have a minimum paid up capital of Rs. 1,00,000/-.

That means the requirement is related with the amount and not number of Shares. That solely depends on the face value of the shares.

Suppose the face value of a share is Rs. 10 then, the minimum number of shares would be 10,000.
