2. Also do we have to pay any minimum salary to these directors?
3. Can I be a director of a company even if I am working as full time employee in another company?

There is no legal requirement on having minimum no of directors on the payroll of a pvt. ltd company,
yes, you can be a non executive director of a company, even if you are a full time employee elsewhere
So is there a minimum limit on executive director for private company?
Also if I am full-time employee can I open my own OPC or private company?
No Tina..there is no minimum number of director for a private ltd. company.
