I am Manoj from Mumbai, I had registered for PE-II in 2005 and have a valid Eligibility Certificate. however I never appeared for any of the Exams for PE-II and I never undergo for Articleship
Request you to please let me now how can I migrate to education system.?
whats is requirement of articleship?

PE-II is not there now. You need to register for IPCC, which is the present scheme. Further details can be had from below link:
