Migration scheme for pe-ii students

Dear Freinds

I am Manoj from Mumbai, I had registered for PE-II in 2005 and have a valid Eligibility Certificate. however I never appeared for any of the Exams for PE-II and I never undergo for Articleship

Request you to please let me now how can I migrate to education system.?

whats is requirement of articleship?

PE-II is not there now. You need to register for IPCC, which is the present scheme. Further details can be had from below link:

I have cleared PE-2 in May 2007 and have also finished 100 hrs ITT thereafter.
 
However, due to some reasons i could not enroll for articles training and further appear for CA Final at that time.
 
I am now in a position to carry on from where i had left.
Please advice on how i can move further from here.
