Migrated Dealer in GST

Takes a screen shot of you problem and mail to GST helpdesk with your details and problem written.

And also call to tollfree no. they solve in 2 -3 days.

All migrated dealers are the same position. They get PRC (Provisional Registration Certificate) also their GSTIN is Pending for Verification. So, you don't worry for the above said search options reply by portal.

But,
Why you can't view or file Challan....? I think you go to wrong way. So, try to cash Ledger.....

But GSTR3B is to be filed, that's why I am worried.

In the dashboard there's no option, for challan and returns, payments... It just shows me dashboard for provisional form which is empty somehow.

Couple of weeks ago I had tried New Registration due to the same problem but didn't go thru the registration process so the TRN is now invalid.

Don't know how will i be able to file the GSTR3B.
Hopefully it gets sorted out.

After login in GST just click Goods & Service tax. from there you can go to the returns filing

I tried that multiple times but a pop up shows ' Access Denied'.

Any work around that? Or is it just system error?

Problem is from their side only.

Have you received ARN whiile submitting the form?

You be able to file returns ony if it shows migrated. If it is rejected then it should show "Validation Error" now your status is "Pending for Verification"

For safer side send email to helpdesk. 

In the Migration process i got Provisional Certificate REG 26 so Part B is also completed. Got GST number also.

In New process registration i didn't go thru the whole process hence I had TRN number only, which is now invalid.

When I search via PAN no. and Registration certificate number it shows Active and Pending. Although there is no dashboard for return filings.

Will send an email and also talk to the concerned officer.
