Micro finance entity
One of my relative plan to start a micro finance entity as Partnership. Can we register it? Is it acceptable in Indian laws? If we can start a proper entity, which type of entity is better?

The capital is 20 lacs and no plan to create as Company or no plan to get NBFC licence. Please give some guidance to save tax
