Hello friends, While filling attendance of directors in Mgt-7A ,facing the problem that for 1 onward director the option of drop down for selecting yes or no for attending the AGm is not reflecting there.

Tried on 2-3 systems and using some acrobat snd reader both...even fresh form downloaded and filled..drill this problem..its a small company.. What shall I do.. raise the ticket on mca portal?
Whether You are Selected AGM Held or not

You have to check whether director has file DIR -3KYC or is he disqualified ?may be due to that drop down option is disabled ,beside technical issue of Java or Adobe

Faced same issue. Please delete AGM date on page 2 and fill it again. Then it will be visible
