After closure of FY 21-22, the directors resign from the company and new directors were appointed and also transferred the shares to the new members.
Do we need to mention the details of new directors in the attendance of directors in form mgt-7a where it asked whether the directors attended the AGM?
please suggest.

Only give details of events in FY 21-22 and as at end of 21-22. The new directors and shareholding (post 31.03.22) shall not be mentioned.
