Mgt-7,mgt-8, mgt-9, mgt-12 and mgt-13

Hello

1) since the annual return in MGT-7 is applicable with F.y-2014-15.pl.suggest whether we need to comply with the requirement of MGT-8 and  MGT-9 this year i.e. F.Y 2013-14 ????

2) Clarification on use of  MGT-12  and MGT-13 ?whether it is mandatory or optional ? whether applicable from this year i.e f.y2013-14 or from next year f.y2014-15 ??very much confused on this
