hi experts
can some advice me about the tottal fees of filling MGT-7 and AOC-4 if i filed the same on 10th feb 2016 and date of AGM was 22nd Sep 2015.

You can also find out the same after going through fees structure available on mca website..
Fees of the forms are depends upon the capital of the Company.
You can check the same from Table given in rules of chapter XII

i have a doubt regarding small companies annual return,came to know changes are expected.can a PCS sign the mgt 7?my opinion is better PCs sign .
kindly look into this.

For small companies, directors sign alone is enough for mgt 7

10 Times additional fee for delay in filing has to be paid, if the AGM held on 30th Sept, 2015
Agree with ajit as per section 92 in case of Small Companies and OPC MGT-7 required to sign only by Director.
