Mgt-7 and aoc-4

Fees of the forms are depends upon the capital of the Company.

You can check the same from Table given in rules of chapter XII

i have a doubt regarding small companies annual return,came to know changes are expected.can a PCS sign the mgt 7?my opinion is better PCs sign .

10 Times additional fee for delay in filing has to be paid, if the AGM held on 30th Sept, 2015

Agree with ajit as per section 92 in case of Small Companies and OPC MGT-7 required to sign only by Director.
