Mgt 14 for change of anme

In the instruction kit of Form MGT 14 it is given that- "If any resolution is linked with any other form such as change of name, conversion etc. company should file separate form MGT-14 of such resolutions."

We had a general meeting of members on 20.08.2014 for alteration of AOA, Alteration of Main Objects and Alteration of Name. Kindly advice do I need to file Two separate MGT 14. One of change of name and other for change in MOA & AOA.

Hi, Initially, just one form 23 would have sufficed for the resolutions you are mentioning....however, in view of the info given in instruction kit, it seems that different MGT 14 will be required.. However, would advise to you first try uploading the 1 MGT 14 for all and prescrutinise it.in case of error they will display the same.. Also post your results here for our knowledge.... regards

Thnx mam, want to ask one more thing. Can we file one MGT 14, for a board meeting for disclosure of inetest and for EGM for alteration of Articles If the dates of both the meetings falls within one month.
