For 6 resolutions u/s 179(3)...

Dear Sir,

Pls suggest whether general resolution giving blanket permission to give loan/gurgantantee etc in companies upto a certain limit say 10 crore will suffice the purpose of section 186 as reliance has done. As per my understanding for each loa/ gurantee we need to pass a specific resolution and cannot pass a generel resolution.
