its simple u just study the theory understand it and try to analyse the matter in it with the help of examples of ur know ...u should always prepare thoery analysing it in different situations........... it helps us in getting grip on the subject.......bye

First understand the matter .Once you have done that take short notes of key points.Revise the key points as often as possible.Revision is the best way to remember the theory
