NOT COMPULSORY IF YOU ARE NOT LIABLE TO FILE ITR, BASED ON YOUR INCOME.
JUST CHECK YOUR AIS REPORTING I.E. FORM 26AS FOR ANY HIGH VALUE TRANSACTIONS.
Not compulsory. It is just a system generated reminder message. And the most interesting thing about the message is that it is not emphasizing on the due date of income tax filing
