Q. Define CA. Explain the merits and
demerits of becoming a CA?
Definition:
A CA has many definitions from various
aspects of the society for instance
-World:- the world see's a CA as a
person who is professinally skilled and
trusted.
-Clients:- the clients of a CA see him as
God to save from various taxes and the
biggest Jholer.

alot of money

decide being a CA
-and you can professionally do as many
jhols as you want--no one willquestion
you
Demerits of beinga CA ={
-U can hardly do anything except
auditing-as u wont get time
-U only can think of money- thinking of a
honey is a waste of time for u
-the friend you make is tally and a calci
of course- even in the sleep U will be
doing journal entries ledger cash petty
books bills n not to forget......-- profit and
loss account n balance sheet-- which
must Tally-- on Calci
-the rules tht apply to even ur Breath
