a ca practice in proprietorship since last 11years as part time ,but since last 2years he is in full time practice
now i am also in proprietorship full time practice since last 1m now i am planning to merge both proprietorship

so you are planning to form a partnership and I believe that both of you won't practice as proprietary concerns.
if bank audit s to be taken in new firms name then count wud be per partner.

i don't have issue in old name but kya existence count hoga kya proprietorship old wali ka form bank audit ke liye under 4th category
