a ca practice in proprietorship since last 11years as part time ,but since last 2years he is in full time practice
now i am also in proprietorship full time practice since last 1m now i am planning to merge both proprietorship
1Q. whether the partner experience count hoga ki nhi
2Q. firm ki standing kha se count hogi for bank audit
3Q. if count hogi old standing to kya name same rkhna hoga ki new rkh skte h firm ka

so you are planning to form a partnership and I believe that both of you won't practice as proprietary concerns.
if bank audit s to be taken in new firms name then count wud be per partner.
if bank audit s to be taken in new firms name then count wud be per partner.
i don't have issue in old name but kya existence count hoga kya proprietorship old wali ka form bank audit ke liye under 4th category
