Merger of closely held private limited companies

What is the procedure under Fast Track Merger as per section 233 of the Companies Act 2013 ? Whether we cab go ahead with the filings under the said scheme of Acquisition of 2 closely held private Limited Company ? If yes can u pls guide us what documnts to be prepared & in which Eforms company has to file ?
