in gst portal there is no table available for intra state supply of goods to local buyer I mean merchant exporters
I mean merchant exporters can pay taxes on reduced Rates of intra state supply
0.05 % cgst and sgst 0.05% slabs not available in gst portal
how can I file kindly guide me

Yes there is Table 4 (B2b), in GSTR 1 , you can show a supply made to merchant Exporters on concessional rate .
