merchant exporter will execute B-1 bond with juridicational deputy commissioner or maritime commissioner over the division of manufacturing factory,
after acceptance of B-1 Bond, he will furnish CT-1 against the said accepted B-1 Bond, and Technical Suprintendent of B-1 Bond authority will sign the CT-1 and handover for onward submission to manufacturer, for clearance of goods for export without payment of duty against ARE-1.
