Everyone might have formed some opinion on how to overcome  these situations because these are of kind which most of us face in some point or other. Think, think,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and give practical, interesting opinions,,,,,Tell how you normally react  when tension grips you

for no. 2 point that is fear while speaking in public:to overcome this,one must be extrovert instead of introvert

if one maintains good and healthy relation with every person thn they will not face much problem when speaking in public...this kinda fear is very common and difficult to overcome

the best way is to interact a lot with lot many ppl.......no matter whether the topic is relevent or not

and one should also take the role of initiator rather thn waiting for smone else to start and thn get going

read a lot of material.....not necessary educational.....but overall ...and keep updated so that one can speak up at any point of tym
