The certified copies (By CA or Gazetted Officer)

1.       Education Qualification (like B. Com) if permission taken

2.       Mark Sheets of CA Final Exams both groups (even internet download)

3.       Training completion certificate

4.       GMCS Certificate

5.       High School/Higher Secondary School certificate as proof of date of birth

6.       If any course permission is taken from ICAI copy of permission letter if any

7.       If there is change in signature (letter to secretary for change of sign with new and old sign duly attested by CA)

8.       Fee DD
