hi.i have completed my ca. now applying for membership in form 2.i have few doubts in the form.
1) attested copy of i card form duly completed....for this i have downloaded i card form but i have a doubt has to how i will be filling the detail of membership number when im not yet given any.
2)i'm presently not working anywhere nor practiscing.so should i not fill up any columns in the form regarding profession.
3) its a small confusion when it comes to first name middle name last name....where do i put my surname...
